I believe there may be an issue with the serial adapter. Where did you buy it?

Matlo, do you have a similar device to test with 1.11? Just curious because as I said, mine does not work either in 1.10+ but it works in 1.02. Something changed in between them.

My teensy++ 2.0 and my teensy 2.0 work fine.

EDIT: I also tested the latest cp2102 windows driver, and it also works on my side.

I have the teensy 2.0 and the same cp2102 adapter. I was setting up an old computer yesterday to be used only for GIMX. This is a fresh install of Windows XP Pro SP2. I downloaded the cp2102 driver from the link provided in the DIY USB tutorial. I think the issue might be the firmware. I haven't changed or updated that since I started using GIMX a couple years ago. Could this be the issue?

It's said in the GIMX 1.10 announcement that there is a new firmware and that you have to upgrade its firmware to use GIMX 1.10...

I bought from Amazon. I'm going to check my adapter with my old computer when I get home.

Firmware could be the OP's issue as well.

I did download the new firmwares and loaded at90usb1286 to my teensy ++. I wish that was the problem. I tested the serial adapter
