Windows 10, USB adapter, PS4, G27

Hey there,
I'm currently running the DIY USB adapter on a 64 bit windows 10 computer. After spending days trying to figure out why my G27 was not recognized, I followed another post and had to go into the g27_g29.xml file and rename anything "Logitech G27 Racing Wheel USB" to " G27 Racing Wheel". After this the GIMX check finally said everything was OK. Now when I hit start this is the log file I'm getting:
"option -l with value `log.txt'
option -c with value `LogitechG27_G29.xml'
option -p with value `COM3'
status flag is set
subpos flag is set
force_updates flag is set
native mode is already enabled for HID device \\?\hid#vid_046d&pid_c29b#7&1f166810&0&0000#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030} (PID=c29b)
ReadFile failed: timeout expired.
can't read packet header
No controller detected.
adapter_detect failed"
Any help here would be awesome
