for some reason when i start moving around for like 1-3min it would disconnect does anyone have any idea? before it disconnect when i play black ops it would just move by itself and it would lock the character not allowing me to to look left, up down right or sometime it would move in circle and then get disconnected.

I guess you are using the bluetooth version.

What's the dongle manufacturer, and the dongle chip version, as displayed in sixemugui?

yea i'm using bluetooth iogear it say broadcom15

Either it is a bluetooth connection issue (obstacles?), or it is a compatibility issue. Some broadcom dongles have compatibility issues. You should get a CSR bluecore 4 dongle. Check the recommended dongles in this thread: link.

the one i have is the the dongle that work but mac address change is not permanent.

Sadly it's possible that it's a different chip version (same manufacturer, but different chip version).

Again, your best bet is a CSR bluecore 4 dongle. There was no feedback about non-working CSR bluecore 4 dongles.
