i wonder if I can use arduino instead of Rasberry pi , cause it is not widely available in my country .

Please let us know what you did to solve the driver issue, so that people reading this thread can get it. I've disabled digital signature by going to the start menu and then clicked shift and restart the pc will restart quickly and move you to the advanced menu Then you should click on troubleahoot...

it tells me (the third-party inf does not contain digital signature information)
